It is sad to see people interpret this to mean that the 10 commandments have been nailed to the cross when indeed it was our list of charges(sins). Christ plainly stated that not one jot or tittle of the law shall pass until heaven and earth pass away. In fact, Jesus went on to Magnify the law after this statement as was predicted in the Old Testament. Knowing what Christ did for all of us, it is little to ask that in response to His sacrifice, we willingly surrender ourselves to His mercy and love and allow Him to take charge of our lives and follow Him until the day He calls us home.
